Known locally as “The District,” Washington, DC has something for everyone. With monuments and memorials, eclectic neighborhoods, and a true local flavor, Washington is a place unlike any other. We, along with the rest of the ACHA Board of Directors and the national office staff, are excited to welcome you to our nation’s capital for ACHA 2018!

The theme this year is Uniting, Leading, Transforming. We know that many of you are trailblazers on your campuses and in the field of college health, and we hope our theme inspires you to share your knowledge with colleagues from across the country (and beyond). Join us this spring at ACHA 2018 for five days of networking, collaboration, and continuing education, and you’ll surely leave with new ideas to improve the health and wellness of your college campus.

Aside from the excellent programming that is always to be expected at any ACHA Annual Meeting, the host city this year simply cannot be beat. Enjoy a comfortable stay at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park, ideally located in Northwest DC’s Woodley Park neighborhood and a perfect launching point for exploring this exciting city. Experience culinary creativity on U Street, stroll down Library Mall, take in a free performance at the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage, or all of the above!

Need more ideas? No problem! Check back here every Wednesday for more information about ACHA 2018. Also keep an eye out on our social media channels for more fun things to get you ready for five jam-packed days of Uniting, Leading, and Transforming.
