Chicago is a city unlike any other. It’s truly got something for everyone! Everywhere you look there are architectural marvels, world-class museums, dynamic entertainment, and award-winning dining scene you’d expect from one of the world’s greatest cities. Plus, you’ll also find friendly Midwestern locals that are abundantly proud of their hometown and can’t wait for you to experience all this city has to offer.
In 2019, Condé Nast Traveler chose Chicago as the “Best Large City” to visit in the U.S. More than 600,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers across the globe submitted a record-breaking number of responses rating their travel experiences to provide a full snapshot of how travel is perceived. This now marks the third consecutive year in a row that Chicago has received this award.
